Fingal County Council selects Alcatel-Lucent OpenTouch collaborative technology

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise announced that it has been selected by Fingal County Council, one of the largest county councils in Ireland, to install its next generation Unified Communication and Collaboration solution, OpenTouch.
