Nuance Communications, Inc. announced that Nina, the intelligent virtual assistant that delivers personalized customer service, has received top honors in three categories at the eighth annual Stevie® Awards for its role in transforming the customer experience. Nuance was selected as a winner from more than 1,500 companies nominated.
Nina is an intelligent virtual assistant that delivers mobile and web customer service via a human-like conversational interface. Nuance’s Nina was hailed as a winner in three categories including: Silver for Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year; Bronze for Best Use of Technology in partnership with Coca-Cola’s Web virtual assistant, powered by Nina Web; and Silver for Innovation in Customer Service for the USAA mobile app, powered by Nina Mobile.

More than 260 executives around the world participated in the judging process for the 2014 awards, to determine the Finalists and then the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. More than 400 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.
