Mitel Proposes to Acquire ShoreTel for $8.10 Per Share in Cash

PRESS RELEASE: Mitel® (Nasdaq:MITL) (TSX:MNW) today disclosed that it has made a proposal to the ShoreTel, Inc. (Nasdaq:SHOR) Board of Directors to acquire all of the outstanding shares of ShoreTel common stock for $8.10 per share in cash, representing a total equity value of approximately $540 million.
