Job Title: Management Consultant / Senior Consultant
Location: South East base + extensive travel to client sites
Salary: 60K – 85K + bonus / bens
This is a first-rate opportunity to join the consulting division of a leading brand operating within the business services, consultancy and ‘outsourcing’ arena. Reporting to the VP of Customer Contact, this role carries responsibility for the provision of specialist advice and support to organisations going through significant transformation programmes and in particular those looking to transform and enhance their digital customer experience offering.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
• To assist clients to review and optimise their existing contact centre operations across people, process and technology
• To design and run workshops to facilitate the development of customer contact strategies and multi-channel solutions
• To deliver detailed advice and training to clients and staff in support of strategic initiatives
• To work collaboratively in order to develop and maintain productive working relationships with all internal / external stakeholders
• To maximise all business opportunities within existing accounts, identifying cross-sell services where appropriate
