This is a first-rate opportunity for a dynamic leader to join the management team of ‘blue-chip’ brand operating multiple sites across the U.K. My client is looking for a commercially aware Service Excellence Manager (Customer Experience/Complaints Manager) with experience across both operational management and strategic development for a customer focused organisation.

The post-holder will be responsible for driving the service excellence programme, developing a clear view of what great service capability looks like and then implementing this into operations to enhance the customer journey.

The Service Excellence Manager will use and develop customer insight and root cause analysis from a range of sources, identifying areas for change, and will then work collaboratively with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that the required change initiatives are effectively implemented. The right candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering an enhanced customer experience in conjunction with a reduction in customer complaints. The successful applicant will need to be able to evidence the successful management and delivery of change within a regulated working environment. In addition, you will have first-class communication skills twinned with the ability to develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
