Job Title: Head of Customer Contact

Have you been looking to introduce, or lead multi channel, or digital customer service across your operations; embracing social media, web or video chat for customer contact, to improve service, enhance sales, reduce complaints and deliver a best in class customer experience? In this newly formed position, you will have the opportunity of defining the infrastructure, support functions and leading a large FTE multi-site operations across a truly multi-channel environment. With a focus on digital to include; social media, web chat, video, in addition to traditional voice channels, you will be challenging this business to deliver a world class multi-channel offering.
The role will be responsible for a large team of FTE across both in-house and outsource partners.
If you are interested in applying for this position you will need to have proven experience of leading large, multi-site operational teams with significant strategic, leadership across a complex customer contact environment, where continuous improvement and operational transformation is required.
Experience of a multi-channel environment, including developing digital contact; Web Chat, Live CHAT and Social Media will be required.
