PRESS RELEASE: IP Integration was crowned ‘Best Enterprise Contact Centre 2015’ at the prestigious Comms National Awards which took place at the Connaught Rooms on Thursday 22nd October. The prize was awarded for the company’s work transforming The Caravan Club’s customer service infrastructure over the past year and a half.
The Caravan Club began working with IP Integration when it realised its legacy contact centre infrastructure needed upgrading in order to enable the team to provide optimum levels of customer service to members and sites, as well as have a contact centre that operated as efficiently as possible. Its aim was to offer a wider choice of communication channels while also enabling greater reporting and management control. At the same time, it wanted to make it easier to develop its employees and ensure the contact centre is always correctly staffed against customer demand.
Whilst the delivery of the technology was of vital importance, the ongoing relationship and consultative approach to help The Caravan Club continue to develop and understand the capabilities of its enhanced system, has been a vital aspect of the relationship between the two parties.
