Altitude Launches Americas Innovation Lab

PRESS RELEASE: Altitude Software, a global provider of omnichannel solutions to deliver great customer experiences announced that it is opening the Americas Innovation Lab, a new solution development center in São Paulo, Brazil.

The Americas Innovation Lab main goal is to develop and bring to market local digital transformation knowledge and capabilities, and to accelerate innovative processes and solutions for introduction in the regional and global market.

The Americas Innovation Lab is part of Altitude’s R&D organization, led by Chief Technology Officer Miguel Vital, and is headed by Francisco Virgilio, an experienced Altitude executive with over 20 years’ experience developing and managing customer interaction management solutions and projects in the region. The Lab team will work with a network of technology and business partners to accelerate the go-to-market.
