Visual IVR Leader Zappix Announces New President

Zappix, a leading provider of cloud-based Visual IVR On Demand solutions improving digital self-service and transforming the customer experience while reducing costs, has announced the appointment of Yossi Abraham as the company’s new President.

“We are excited to have Yossi join Zappix and lead our company to new heights,” said Avner Schneur, Chairman & CEO of Zappix. “Yossi’s proven track record, global multi-disciplinary experience, and vision for success are important assets that will help boost the growth of Zappix. Our customers today are already realizing the great value of our Visual IVR solutions. Michael’s saved over $47,000 in 3 months, experienced over 75% call containment, and prevented 13,000 calls from going to a contact center agent when they implemented our solutions. Our goal is to expand our reach into new markets while continuing to develop the self-service offering and provide additional benefits and value to our customers”.

Abraham has served on executive roles at public and private companies. Most recently as VP, Global Business Development & GM of North America at Allot. Previously as CMO of Excelacom, and prior to that as VP Global Services Sales and Marketing with Comverse.

The appointment comes at a critical juncture, as Zappix digital self-service platforms look to capitalize on a market where self-service interactions have overtaken all other channels of customer service for the third year running, according to Forrester.

“I am passionate about Customer Experience and Marketing. Zappix combines both with a Visual IVR solution valuable to both consumers and enterprises – really transforming the way consumers interact with enterprise, achieving new levels of digital self-service and improving their satisfaction, while reducing the costs of the enterprise contact centers. The value provided to enterprises by the Zappix platform is significant and I’m looking forward to bringing Zappix to the global market.”
