Avaya announced that Becky Carr has joined the company as Head of Global Marketing. In this role, she will be responsible for leading a worldwide marketing strategy to engage and attract customers, and ensure broad worldwide awareness of Avaya’s industry-leading unified communications and contact center solutions and services.
Carr comes to Avaya with extensive experience in technology solutions and services marketing, and a passion for driving growth and customer loyalty. Her industry and cloud knowledge, thorough understanding of customer and channel partner needs, coupled with her digital and analytic skills, will help propel Avaya’s brand and results to new heights. She most recently, served as Chief Marketing Officer at CoStar Group, which includes a number of digital-first brands such as Apartments.com. She has held marketing leadership positions at CenturyLink Technology Solutions, Verizon Business, and MCI.
