Helo.Cloud delivers Avaya’s unified communications and contact centre solutions in the way that best meets end-user customers’ needs.
With demand for cloud growing in the Nordics, Avaya and NetNordic see significant potential for cloud-based offerings that provide the same rich communication experiences customers expect from their on-premises Avaya solutions. NetNordic can offer a range of options – fully hosted, hybrid cloud or on-premises – and can manage their customers’ migration to the cloud at their own pace. NetNordic will host and maintain Avaya cloud services in its own data centre, providing reliable Avaya cloud services directly to customers in the region.
