HireIQ has announced that its artificial intelligence driven software-as-a-service recruitment solution is now available on Genesys® AppFoundry, a dedicated customer experience marketplace. Organizations using the Genesys PureEngage™, PureConnect™ or PureCloud® platforms can now also leverage HireIQ to automatically assess candidates using voice characteristics and predictive analytics to identify the right talent for the right job.
