The partnership between Altigen and iomart was established to deliver a scalable, resilient and feature rich voice and multimedia cloud communications service based on the Microsoft Skype for Business platform, Altigen’s natively integrated advanced routing and queuing applications, deployed and managed in iomart’s ISO 9001 PCI/DSS compliant data centres. The companies have also selected Gamma Telecom Ltd. (LSE: GAMA), the UK’s leading provider of voice, data and mobile products and services, to deliver cost effective SIP trunk services.

The new cloud unified communications service is a complete cloud offering including Hosted Skype for Business, with integration to Office 365 and Altigen’s advanced call management applications such as Multimedia Contact Centre, Hunt Groups, Real-time Monitoring, Call Recording and Reporting. Gamma’s SIP Trunk services are also included in the solution, offering both national and international calling plans. The entire solution is fully managed and supported 24 x7 by iomart.
The cloud communications solution is distributed primarily through Microsoft certified business partners, who manage the end-to-end deployment and support process while also providing a variety of additional Microsoft solutions such as Office 365.
