Comprehensive New UK Cloud Communications Service for Office 365 Customers

Altigen Communications, a Silicon Valley based provider of Hosted Skype for Business and Contact Centre solutions, and iomart Group PLC, the managed cloud services specialist, announce a strategic partnership to deliver a comprehensive UK-based cloud communications service providing a one stop solution for modern business communications.

The partnership between Altigen and iomart was established to deliver a scalable, resilient and feature rich voice and multimedia cloud communications service based on the Microsoft Skype for Business platform, Altigen’s natively integrated advanced routing and queuing applications, deployed and managed in iomart’s ISO 9001 PCI/DSS compliant data centres. The companies have also selected Gamma Telecom Ltd. (LSE: GAMA), the UK’s leading provider of voice, data and mobile products and services, to deliver cost effective SIP trunk services.

Gamma’s SIP Trunk services are also included in the solution, offering both national and international calling plans. The entire solution is fully managed and supported 24 x7 by iomart.

The cloud communications solution is distributed primarily through Microsoft certified business partners, who manage the end-to-end deployment and support process while also providing a variety of additional Microsoft solutions such as Office 365.
