Creative Virtual Wins Place on The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100

Creative Virtual, a world leader in customer and employee engagement, knowledge management and self-service solutions, is proud to announce the company has been listed in the 18th annual Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100.

The league table, published on 9 September, ranks Britain’s private technology, media and telecoms (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales. Ranked in 72nd place, this is Creative Virtual’s first year being featured on the table.

“It’s an honour to be recognised as one of the fastest-growing British tech companies, and I’m proud to be leading an incredible team of people dedicated to delivering industry-defining technology and solutions,” says Chris Ezekiel, Founder & CEO of Creative Virtual. “Thank you to all of our partners and customers for collaborating with us, helping to shape our technology and giving us opportunities to implement solutions in new, innovative and ground-breaking ways.”

Creative Virtual’s virtual agent, chatbot, live chat and knowledge management solutions are used by organisations around the world to improve their customer and employee experiences. The technology utilises a unique combination of human input and machine learning, allowing the solutions to continually improve based on user interactions while also giving organisations control over the reliability of responses. In 2017, Creative Virtual’s suite of Smart Help solutions won the company the prestigious Queen’s Awards for Enterprise: Innovation.

Recognised as an industry leader, Creative Virtual is well-positioned for continued growth through the company’s international expansion and an increased market demand for chatbots, virtual agents and live chat.
