Christmas is a busy time at Echo-U so this year they will be bringing 250 jobs to contact centres in the North East and South West of England.

Ideal for those looking for extra cash over the festive period, 200 seasonal positions will be available at Echo-U’s Newcastle head office and 50 seasonal positions will be available in Bournemouth, with the potential to progress to a permanent role.

New recruits will support Echo-U during the peak season and work on behalf of award-winning courier client, DPD. Working across all customer contact departments, responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries via email, over the phone and via apps.
