Fusion BPO Services, a global business process and customer engagement service leader has completed the acquisition of Ameridial Inc. – a US-based a leading contact centre outsourcer. Effective January 2019, the Ameridial team will join the Fusion BPO family and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
