Unified Communications vendor Swyx has further developed its cloud product. Now in the pilot phase, the new client software solution can be distributed via multiple servers flexibly depending on capacity, and differentiates itself through its extremely high scalability. The resource-saving operation and the modular range of UC features per user realise cost benefits for providers and end customers alike. BT Bolsters Hosted Communications offering by partnering with Broadsoft
