Mitel®, a global leader of enterprise communications confirmed it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to transfer certain assets and support obligations, including existing inventory, from Toshiba Corporation to Mitel. This follows Toshiba’s decision earlier this year to exit the market.
