CallScripter appoint Jane Brett as the company’s International Channel Director

PRESS RELEASE: CallScripter, a market leading agent scripting software house, are pleased to announce the appointment of a new senior executive. Jane Brett joins the contact centre scripting software innovator as International Channel Director and brings over fifteen years of experience in developing and growing partner networks in the telecom and software industries. Prior to Brett’s appointment at CallScripter, she was responsible for driving complex enterprise sales through the channel in the UK/Ireland/South Africa regions. 

Brett is tasked with developing CallScripter’s global partner network, enhancing the channel by driving new partnerships with organisations who deliver complex business solutions which leverages CallScripter software. Unified agent scripting tools complement the contact centre solution portfolios of a wide range of vendors including Avaya, Cisco and Interactive Intelligence. By focussing on the business challenges, CallScipter is key to achieving revenue and branding goals of the contact centre and ultimately the customer experience. To grow CallScripter’s channel value, the agent scripting vendor will retain and further capture established and emerging markets in order to generate new opportunities and revenue streams.
