The award was announced at the Select Noble Users Group Americas 2014 Conference – a gathering of Noble Systems clients and partners – held in Orlando, Florida earlier this year.
The Innovations Award recognized First Data for its use of the Noble® Enterprise platform in the company’s outbound customer communication programs. In particular, the award focuses on First Data’s early implementation of the new Noble for Sales Cloud CRM integration toolset. By inserting telephony controls directly into the desktop. First Data has created a unified workflow that improves agent efficiency and productivity, increases speed to response times and customer satisfaction, reduces training time and eliminates duplicate workloads.
