PRESS RELEASE: Customer management consultancy, Ember Services, has responded to growing demand for its services with two key appointments to its consultancy team. Nigel Bareham, who comes to Ember from Vodafone, will specialise in the development of customer strategies across online, voice and social channels. Greg Latton joins Ember as a commercial specialist, bringing wide-ranging experience from the public and private sector, having worked on some of the UK’s most prestigious procurement programmes.

Before joining Ember, Nigel Bareham spent 13 years in the telecommunications industry, including international roles with Vodafone, most recently as business owner of Vodafone’s self-service platform in New Zealand. Greg Latton joins Ember from QinetiQ where, as Principal Consultant, he focused on improving evaluation criteria and commercial arrangements for a variety of large-scale procurements. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in both inhouse and outsourced contact centres with Barclays and Sitel UK.
