PRESS RELEASE: Sitel, one of the world’s leading outsourcing providers of customer experience management, today unveiled plans to open a new site in Coventry to add to its nationwide network of contact centres.
The new contact centre is expected to create more than 300 jobs over the next six months and could add over 600 by the end of 2015. Opened to provide support for new business wins and the expansion of existing contracts, the new Coventry site was chosen to capitalise on the city’s highly skilled workforce and for its proximity to existing Sitel premises.
