It will now be offering Voxbone’s Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers as part of its Contact Center, Voice & Enterprise Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
By deploying Voxbone’s geographical DIDs, Orange Business Services is able to extend its coverage and benefit from the multi-city coverage offered by Voxbone. Additionally, Voxbone’s fully-automated service management and simplified DID ordering processes will help Orange Business Services to meet the needs of its customers more efficiently.
