transcosmos Combines SMS Function Reinforced “Contact-Link,” Its Proprietary Developed Contact Center Solution, with Salesforce

PRESS RELEASE: transcosmos inc. will begin offering “Contact-Link on Salesforce,” a solution which has combined “Contact-Link,” a contact center solution developed by transcosmos and “Salesforce,” a CRM/customer management application most widely used in the world. The goal is to implement to 10 new companies during the FY 2015.

Contact-Link on Salesforce realizes an effective outbound SMS communication in addition to the call service, and even manages outbound progress over multiple websites at once. SMS is an effective outbound tool with a higher delivery and opening rate compared to the traditional emails and can be sent to any domestic carrier device. In addition, improvement in measurement effectiveness can be seen by conducting scoring based on customer categories and behaviors by a specialized analysis team, and improved effects of the measures can be expected by extracting a highly potential target market.

transcosmos signed a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) partnership agreement with salesforce.com Co., Ltd. and is offering various BPO services including implementation/development and consulting for the company’s cloud service (Salesforce). In the future, the two companies will continue to provide services to support their corporate clients’ sales expansion and cost reduction by uniting cloud services and BPO services.
