Frederico Dias’ mission will be to drive the continued growth of Altitude Software in Latin America, bringing to the market a new generation of Altitude uCI customer interaction solutions, tried-and-tested in maximizing customer satisfaction and business results in the contact center. The company has a direct presence in Brazil, México, Peru and Colombia, and a strong partner network that covers all major country markets in the Region.
Frederico Dias has extensive business development and management experience in the IT and Contact Center industry in Brazil. At Altitude Software, as a Sales and Channel Director for Brazil since 2007, he made a huge contribution to position the company as a market leader in the country. Frederico has an Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidade Católica of Minas Gerais, and Masters in Business Strategy and Telecommunications Management.
