The ShoreTel Innovation Network is a dedicated community of technology partners specially selected as having the knowledge and expertise to work in cooperation with ShoreTel to develop smarter solutions for unified communications and contact centres.
Red Box was invited to upgrade its membership to Alliance Level after receiving positive feedback from ShoreTel resellers and customers about its Quantify Recording Suite solution. Following successful validation testing between Quantify and ShoreTel’s latest telephony platform, ShoreTel 14.2, both companies are now sharing knowledge and expertise to offer fully integrated voice and data recording solutions.
As a result of the increased cooperation, businesses in the contact centre industry are benefiting from an intuitive and seamless recording solution for fact verification, quality monitoring and compliance.
