InterCloud Systems Announces New $2.8 Million Contract for a Multi-Node Contact Center and Professional Services to One of the Largest Global Insurance Providers

PRESS RELEASE: InterCloud Systems announced that it was recently awarded a new contract in support of a multisite and multicity upgrade for a contact centre system valued at over $2.8 Million. The services are intended to improve customer experience and provide broader metrics to enable our customer to manage their business. A majority of this solution is expected to be deployed and revenue recognized in the first quarter of 2015.
