Monarch Recovery Management Expands Relationship with Evolve IP

PRESS RELEASE: Evolve IP announced that Monarch Recovery Management, a premier accounts receivable company, has renewed with Evolve IP for a wide range of cloud services including Evolve IP’s Cloud Connect network bonding solution, its award-winning call center and best-of-breed IP phone system. Monarch began working with Evolve IP in 2010 at its two Philadelphia locations with the implementation of a cloud-based call center and IP phone system. It continues to add new services with the recent deployment of Evolve IP’s Cloud Connect, a fully managed network bonding solution that combines the bandwidth of all network connections – DSL, cable, fiber, T1 and fixed or mobile wireless – to increase aggregate throughput. With Cloud Connect, companies have cut wide area network costs in half and increased bandwidth by up to 400%.
