Entity View: This view allows managers to get an individualized “rep dashboard” for use with coaching. Any entity (region, office or rep name) can have a dashboard displayed of all activity and gap-to-goal metrics with a simple click. Data is pulled and calculated in real time to provide an up-to-date view into performance against other reps, teams or regions defined by hierarchy.
Campaign-level reporting: Call activity can now be tracked by calling campaigns to improve execution and measurement in a far more detailed way.
Outcome Effectiveness Ratios: This report provides the ratio of call results against the total number of customer conversations to capture and optimize rep effectiveness by day, week, month etc.
