PRESS RELEASE: VoxSmart, the London based voice recording technology specialists, today announced two strong new additions to its management team – appointing Greg Gerrard as Chief Operating Officer and Dr Richard Wheeldon as Chief Technology Officer.
With regulators worldwide increasingly calling for financial traders’ mobile phone activity to be recorded, stored and available for retrieval, VoxSmart is facing increased demand for its market-leading, award-winning VSmart™ service from customers in Europe, the USA and the Asia Pacific region.
As Chief Operating Officer, Greg Gerrard brings a broad range of customer focused operational skills and experience to Voxsmart. Welcoming the appointments, VoxSmart CEO Oliver Blower said: “We believe we have a best of breed solution to the challenges facing the global financial trading community – based largely on our understanding of that world. These two appointments strengthen our mobile market experience and our secure Cloud capability enabling us to scale our business and to continue to develop our own technology solutions. They significantly strengthen our ability to expand internationally.”
The VSmart solution is widely regarded as the most flexible and deployable mobile recording service available. It is compatible with any mobile network, and with the widest range of handsets of any solution – including Android and BlackBerry devices including those running the new BlackBerry 10 software. VSmart can link to existing in-house fixed line call recorders, or operate as a fully managed cloud-based solution.
