Voci’s speech analytics offerings can be layered over existing Vaspian voice services and used to reveal valuable insights hidden within a company’s phone interactions. Speech analytics offers significant return on investment for users in any industry, including healthcare, legal, medical, and emergency services. Insights gained from speech analytics can be used to boost sales, improve customer service, evaluate agent performance, and ensure compliance requirements are being met. Vaspian believes that Voci’s technology will be especially useful for collections agencies seeking call monitoring solutions for TCPA compliance.

For Greg Schreiber, Vice President of Vaspian, the partnership offers a unique opportunity to make advanced technology readily available to small businesses. “At the core of Voci’s platform is a highly accurate speech-to-text engine with powerful search and analysis capabilities. They’ve produced a product at the standards of a company like Apple and we want all companies, not just massive enterprises, to have a shot at experiencing the benefits of this kind of technology.”

Voci CEO Anthony Gadient adds, “Our goal has always been to help our clients extract actionable insights from their voice data. This fits perfectly with Vaspian’s vision to ensure that SMBs get the same ROI from speech analytics as large corporations, but at an affordable cost.” Both Schreiber and Gadient are confident that the partnership will help companies across the country experience how speech analytics can improve business processes at every level by increasing productivity and streamlining operations.
