PRESS RELEASE: Vizolution in partnership with NatWest and Sapient Nitro has won Best Use of Technology in Customer Service at the FStech awards.
The FStech Awards are in their 16th year and recognise excellence and innovation in the field of information technology within the UK and EMEA financial services sector.
The award recognised the new DigiDocs customer portal for NatWest which was based on Vizolution’s Omni-channel document solution vDoc.
DigiDocs is a simple, seamless and secure web based application that allows customers to upload any type of document, any size, from any device (phone, tablet or desktop), anytime 24/7, anywhere at the customer’s convenience.

The awards were independently judged and the winners were announced at the FStech Awards Gala Dinner & Ceremony on 17 March 2016 at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
