Liquid Voice, a highly respected enterprise call recording and contact centre solutions specialist has announced a distribution agreement with Cogent to support its growing channel across New Zealand delivering its innovative and high value portfolio of call recording and analytics solutions and services.
The partnership is the first of its kind within the region and recognises a growing demand for call recording and quality management solutions across both private and public sector following high profile deals with Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and Department of Internal Affairs (DIA).

Cogent will offer a range of value added distribution services to Liquid Voice channel partners across New Zealand including demonstration, training, technical design assistance and support with an expectation to work with around 10 active partners over the next 12 months.
