INTERTEL has deployed Red Box’s Quantify voice and data recording solution to capture over three quarters of a million calls annually at their four contact centers in Missouri and Colorado. This move makes INTERTEL the first company in the medical canvassing sector to provide evidential call records to their clients, which include the largest insurance carriers and third party administrators in the US.
