PRESS RELEASE: The Egyptian Electricity Holding company has signed with Xceed, the leading company in providing outsourcing services in Egypt, North Africa and Middle East, owned by Telecom Egypt, a contract for developing the call center services, connecting lines and the essential voice circuits, among a group of services provided by Telecom Egypt group to all different Electricity distribution companies to serve around 33 million subscribers across the republic.
In presence of Eng. Gaber Desouky chairman of The Egyptian Electricity Holding company and Mr.Ramy Kato CEO Xceed. Eng. Gaber Desouky , chairman of The Egyptian Electricity Holding company, declared “The Egyptian Electricity Holding company has spared no efforts to apply the latest technologies in customer service, measure the level of customer satisfaction and constant development to reach the best international standards levels, that’s why a contract was signed with Xceed to achieve the highest quality standards for the services provided to the citizens”
Targeting to start providing the service during a 45 day period with South Cairo Electricity Company then through only three phases the whole republic will be covered within 3 months.
