PRESS RELEASE: Elitetele.com’s sales and marketing team have had another hugely successful year, achieving significant organic growth with new business sales up 30% year on year. We want to be the leading provider of IT and unified communications’ solutions, and we know our people are key to achieving this. The business aims to double underlying organic growth in the next year and to support our strategy we are investing an additional £1 million in expanding our sales and marketing team.
This investment comes at the right time for Elite as we look to strengthen our already well established and successful team. The average length of service within the sales team currently stands at seven years, and in the last 24 months the team has more than doubled its annual earnings. We are fully committed to creating the industry’s highest performing team and aspire to offer the best commissions and incentives in our industry so each member of the team can exceed their earnings potential.
