PRESS RELEASE: Search Consultancy is pleased to announce a major recruitment drive that has been launched in Runcorn. It will provide hundreds of enthusiastic job seekers with the opportunity to make Christmas happen for M&S.
Debbie Caswell, Search Consultancy’s managing director for England, said: “This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a leading UK retail brand and we want to hear from people who can give callers the same high quality shopping experience they receive in stores. This is a massive boost for the Runcorn area, and one you do not want to miss out on!”
Successful applicants will not only have the privilege of adding work experience for a leading retailer to their CVs, but will enjoy the perks of being employed for a prestigious organisation with an energetic and friendly atmosphere. They’ll also have the opportunity to earn extra cash for a lovely Christmas with their families.
Search Consultancy has been appointed to fill the temporary roles on behalf of Capita, with successful applicants handling inbound calls for M&S between now and December. Calls will include product range enquiries and customer queries. Jobs offering a wide range of shift patterns are available, from part time and full time to fixed and flexible shifts. Seasonal staff members, much like Santa’s elves, will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers thoroughly enjoy the joy that comes with surprising a loved one with an M&S gift this Christmas.
An open day is due to take place at the Preston Brook site on Friday 7th October. Would-be workers can come and meet with Search’s consultants about the roles on offer and potentially leave the same day with the guarantee of a job, having completed the interview and assessment process in one visit.
If you have a knack for retail customer service, are looking to make a little extra cash for the holidays, and feel like you have what it takes to bring the magical spirit of Christmas to M&S customers, you can apply online with your CV. The open day will take place at Capita Customer Management, Chester Road, Preston Brook, Runcorn, WA7 3QA on Friday 7th October from 1pm to 8pm; all are welcome and no appointments are necessary.
