Pro forma for the new raise, the total First Lien Term Facilities are €635m. The transaction optimises Webhelp’s financing structure by decreasing annual interest expense as well as providing strong liquidity for its next phase of growth and expansion. Death of the cold call
PRESS RELEASE: The number of cold calls being made to businesses in the UK has reduced dramatically in the last five years, according to recent figures released by telephone answering service alldayPA. The company found that between 2011 and 2016 there was a 73 per cent decrease in the number of cold calls being received by its clients.
