The awards, which are judged on customer feedback were held at the Lancaster Hotel, London and showcase the best financial sector products available, recognising product excellence and outstanding service with over 80,000 UK customers completing a survey voicing their opinion.
The accolade completes a string of recent award successes following its implementation of Pitney Bowes’ EngageOne software which uses personalised video technology to explain policy information to the customer. The 5 star Defaqto motor insurance provider already has an existing stellar reputation, having been recognised by the Institute of Customer Service as one of just six organisations in the UK to have a ‘ServiceMark with Distinction’ as well as being a Top 50 Call Centre for customer service.*
