At the UK IT Industry Awards 2025, Content Guru has been shortlisted in three major categories:
- AI Innovation of the Year, for the intelligent automation capabilities delivered through brain;
- Vendor of the Year,
- Cloud Technology of the Year.
At the ECCCSAs 2025, Content Guru has been shortlisted as a finalist for three awards for customer projects, powered by Content Guru’s storm® RTAS™ (Real-time Transcription & Summarisation) capabilities and brain® AI capabilities:
- Greatest Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Serco,
- Best Innovation in Customer Service with Together,
- Most Effective Strategic Transformation Programme with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
These achievements build on a strong run of award success across the past 12 months, where Content Guru has been shortlisted in 16 major categories across a number of industry awards, which recognise the impact of its AI capabilities, picking up three award wins.
