SapientRazorfish Named a Leader Among Digital Experience Service Providers by Independent Research Firm

SapientRazorfish, part of Publicis.Sapient, announced that it has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2017. SapientRazorfish was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its evaluation.

“To succeed in the world of the always-on consumer, brands must be able to deliver engaging experiences to their customers,” said Donald Chesnut, Chief Creative & Experience Officer at SapientRazorfish. “To that end, we are thrilled to be recognized as a Leader among Digital Experience Service Providers and believe it is yet another proofpoint of our uniquely successful approach toward helping our clients architect customer-centric transformation strategies that enable them to thrive in the digital age.”

SapientRazorfish believes that its unique breadth and depth of capabilities in digital business transformation contributed to the organization receiving a Leader status in the report. In the evaluation, SapientRazorfish was cited for showing “overall strength in its current offering and strategy, particularly in customer experience strategy, design, commerce support, and technology.”

According to Forrester, “[SapientRazorfish’s] long digital experience heritage, investment in a blended onshore/offshore staffing model, and history of acquiring adjacent or complementary services has given it a collection of capabilities focused on marketing, business, and technology stakeholders.”

To assess the state of the digital experience service providers market and see how the largest vendors stack up against each other, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of 14 of the largest vendors against 23 criteria, grouped into three high-level buckets: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence. Forrester tracks more than 60 agencies and consultancies with diverse roots in marketing, business, and technology that provide digital experience services to enterprise clients. They narrowed that list to 14 of the largest vendors with digital experience service practices in this detailed assessment.
