Astute Solutions Announces Acquisition of Wilke Global

Astute Solutions, a leader in consumer engagement technologies, announced that it has acquired Wilke Global, a technology company specializing in consumer relations software. Wilke’s solutions are widely adopted by CPG manufacturers around the world, with more than 500 leading CPG brands in more than 60 countries across six continents.

Astute currently works with 1,500 premium brands across more than 100 countries in over 30 languages. The move will further strengthen Astute’s focus on AI-infused self-service and agent tools.

Commensurate with this transaction, Ray Carey will be promoted to CEO of the joint company. Joe Sanda, Astute’s founder, will remain as Chairman. Mike Wilke, founder of Wilke Global, will work with Ray Carey to ensure the combined company continues its customer-centric culture and focus on solving interesting problems for the now even broader customer base.
