Coveo Announces Spring 2018 Release

With this release, Coveo is expanding its support to include Salesforce Sales Cloud. Now, enterprises can enhance customer support and digital transformation initiatives by expanding the reach of Coveo into new areas of the organization with Salesforce Sales Cloud. One-click Free to Pro Upgrade is currently in beta and will generally available to all Free Edition customers in the Q4 of 2018. Lightning Case Deflection workflow will be generally available in the Q3 of 2018.
