50 Compliance and Quality professionals joined EvaluAgent® as the software provider hosted its inaugural Compliance in the Contact Centre event at Old Trafford last week.
The invitation-only event proved a huge success with many delegates leaving positive feedback on the quality of the workshop sessions, the speakers and community-like feel.
Call Centre Managers, Heads of Quality and Compliance Executives from the Finance, Utilities and Outsourcing sectors all came together to help one another find solutions to the challenges they’re facing every day.
