GetVocal, Europe’s leading provider of conversational AI agents for enterprise customer support, today announced its formal global partner programme, giving technology vendors, resellers, consultancies and outsourcers a structured route to market for agentic AI deployments.
The programme provides access to GetVocal’s hybrid human-AI agent platform, commercial models and enablement to meet rising demand for automation that stays controlled, auditable and compliant in complex customer experience environments.
GetVocal’s channel programme spans referral, resale, consultancy and BPO models, with tiered benefits ranging from simple lead referral through to full platform access, white-labelling and independent delivery. Partners can build and sell their own use cases on top of GetVocal’s technology, with tailored co-marketing activities, rebates and dedicated technical resources. The programme also supports hybrid cloud and on-premise deployments and local language sales, making it suitable for highly regulated environments and global service delivery models.
The programme has been built out under the leadership of Scott Westwood, who joined GetVocal in December 2025 in the newly created role of VP of Partnerships. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience across contact centre technology and channel sales, Westwood transformed the channel programme into a global revenue-generating ecosystem in just three months. As a result, GetVocal has quadrupled the scale of its partner activity and built a multi-million-dollar partner-led pipeline, with a target to triple partner-driven revenue over the next 12 months.
The programme already includes several active partners such as Capita, Camunda and Emerging Tech Distro (ETD), supporting enterprise deployments across the UK and EMEA, North America and Asia.
“GetVocal’s channel programme is aimed at partners facing growing pressure from customers who want to automate more of the customer journey but have hit a ceiling with LLM-only solutions,” said Scott Westwood, VP of Partnerships at GetVocal. “I joined GetVocal because I firmly believe it’s the only player on the market that can plug this gap. We’re now giving partners access to this R&D and enabling them to bring GetVocal into their existing ecosystem to deliver agentic AI that stays controlled, explainable and human-led – all while creating meaningful revenue recognition opportunities for them.”
“GetVocal gives us a credible way to deliver advanced automation in environments where trust and control genuinely matter,” said Logan Campbell, founder and CEO of Emerging Tech Distro. “GetVocal’s architecture combines LLM fluency with deterministic context graphs, enabling AI agents to operate transparently and escalate to humans in real time when required. The maturity of the technology combined with the structure of our partnership make it easier to go to market with confidence and support customers as they scale.”
