Directors Club Acquires The Contact Centre Foundation

Directors Club, the pan-EMEA business leadership community, has announced the acquisition of the Contact Centre Foundation (CCF), a leading community of over 11,000 customer experience professionals.

Directors Club World Limited has taken ownership of the membership, intellectual property, and social media assets of the CCF.

All members of the CCF will be invited to become either A-class or S-class members of Directors Club.

A-class membership

A-class membership is free forever and open to c-suite and divisional leaders within enterprises, non-profits, and governmental institutions.

S-class membership is free forever and open to B2B c-suite, marketers, business developers, sales professionals and market influencers (including keynote speakers, futurists and coaches).

Over the coming days, the CCF social media assets will be either rebadged Directors Club or closed down. The CCF brand will be mothballed.
