Sitel Group Partners with AI Pioneer Krisp Technologies

Sitel Group, a leading global customer experience management provider that delivers more than 3.5 million customer experiences every day, announced it has partnered with Krisp Technologies, to deploy Krisp, the first-ever AI-based noise suppression tool that mutes background noise for agents and customers during calls.
