During the 23-hour period in 2016, more than 1,400 hotline volunteers answered a record 154,192 calls (1.8 calls per second) to the NORAD Tracks Santa 1-877 HI-NORAD hotline. Avaya Awarded Next-Generation Emergency Services Project in Turkey
Avaya announced it is has been awarded a project to deliver next-generation emergency services communications solutions in Turkey.
