TTEC Digital Awarded PenFed Credit Union Contract for Genesys Cloud Migration

TTEC, a leading global CX technology and services innovator for AI-enabled CX with solutions from TTEC Engage and TTEC Digital, announced that it was awarded a contract with PenFed Credit Union, the nation’s second-largest federal credit union, to modernize its member services contact centre platform to Genesys Cloud for voice communications.
