These newly acquired assets position Konecta for the large-scale deployment of AI Agent solutions in digital marketing – a new generation of autonomous, learning-based AI systems – marking a key strategic shift in the future of the customer experience industry.

These acquisitions involve two companies:

SPEAK33, a French digital agency specialising in innovative marketing solutions, offers data-driven and agentic platforms that generate high-quality leads across key sectors such as energy, finance and telecommunications.

Sales Performance, an Italian leader in lead generation and performance-based customer acquisition, brings recognised expertise and robust agentic platforms to enhance conversion strategies.

The strategic acquisitions will significantly strengthen Konecta’s Digital Marketing activities, whose revenue exceeded 60 million euros in 2024. This unit, as a part of Konecta Digital, is crucial for driving the Group’s transition into the future. Konecta Digital, with over 4,000 AI and GenAI professionals, is at the forefront of deploying advanced AI Agent solutions that go beyond traditional models, using autonomous systems for continuous learning and dynamic adaptation.
